The car is like a time capsule. It is equipped with the 389 V8 with 2 barrel carb, Hydramatic, power steering, power brakes, pushbutton AM radio and spinner hubcaps. Here are my opinions regarding the condition:
PAINT: The paint appears to be all original almost all the way around and is really in nice original condition. It looks like the driver's quarter was painted from the lower molding on down many years ago. The previous owner told me that he did not have that done, so it was done a long time ago. The paint has plenty of shine and depth, and throws off a great appearance...hard to believe it is ORIGINAL!
BODY: The car appears to never have had any rust repair anyplace. Floors are excellent. Trunk floor excellent. Sides excellent.INTERIOR AND TOP: The car received a new top by the second owner, as well as a new carpet. The rest of the interior appears to be entirely original, with the exception of the addition of seat belts and a fire extinguisher
